eBay sellers will benefit greatly from applications that keep track of the visitors that check out their item auctions. Sellathon, a developer of online tools for online auction sites, has an application called ViewTracker. It provides real-time information about visitors. A seller will know how visitors get to his page, as well as the time and date. Other auction counters provide only the number of visitors per page. ViewTracker gives you more relevant data that sellers can use to their advantage. It is currently used by thousands of Powersellers in eBay.

Using ViewTracker is very easy. Sellers need to insert the unique tracking code, which is provided by the tool, to their online auctions in eBay. This code has two purposes. First, it produces a counter that will be placed at the bottom part of auction. You have the option to hide this counter if you don’t it appearing in your listings. Second, the code allows data on visitors to be sent to your account. Aside from the data mentioned above, other information that a seller will receive include the number of bids, current price, and the visitor’s high bidder ID.

Sellathon offers three basic plans where sellers can choose to access the data they need. The Basic Plan allows sellers to track up to 25 listings. The advance plan provides tracking for up to 250 listings while the Enterprise Plan provides tracking for unlimited number of listings. Both small and enterprise sellers can avail of Sellathon’s plans.

Keeping track of your data through Sellathon’s ViewTracker allows you to view information in three different ways:

  • Through Account Overview. Sellers will be able to view the number of lists that you are tracking, the number of unique visitors that the listings get, the number of bids per listing, and the value of those bids, among other things.
  • Through Detailed Visitor Log. This feature logs every hit that your listing gets. You will know how long and how often they visit your site.
  • Through other analytical views. You will know who’s really interested in your listing or site by checking out the visits grouped by the hour or by day of the week.

As an eBay seller, you will get both data on individual and group listings. Information provided here include the most active time of the day or week, most common sorts, top search items used, and searches with titles and descriptions.

ViewTracker also has this feature called Snipe Hunter, which sends alert notifications to sellers when a potential buyer is planning to do a last-second bid on a listing. These so-called snipe bidders place very late bids so that other interested bidders will not have the chance to respond to the last bid.

ViewTracker by Sellathon is a great tool for those who rely mostly on eBay for their source of livelihood. In order to improve their sales, sellers need in-depth data in order to make important decisions when it comes to marketing their products. They can use the data provided by ViewTracker to attract new visitors and retain existing ones. The application allows sellers to use all the available data for their advantage.

It is not uncommon to hear eBay sellers ask questions about this process; as a matter of fact the most common question that sellers ask is “What the best items to purchase on Craigslist and resell on eBay?” These days, a lot of Americans are on a shoe string budget – simply use this to your benefit. A lot of Americans are selling their goods on Craigslist in order to make a profit and more and more bargain shoppers are also turning to eBay in order to get a really good deal. This is why a lot of parents prefer to buy used children clothes. This is a great opportunity to make good profit. Lots of parents sell off their children’s outgrown clothes on Craigslist. Purchase these clothes, set their prices and resell them on eBay auction – pretty simple huh?

Plus Size Clothing

Yes, there are quite a lot of retailers who are beginning to cater to plus size women and men, but the truth is that it can be pretty difficult to find trendy plus size clothing. This is why many plus size individual carryout their shopping online. They can find a much larger selection of clothing items and accessories at affordable prices. For a variety of reasons, whether due to wardrobe change or weight loss, some people list their trendy or designer plus size clothes on Craigslist. Believe it! There is a market for plus size clothes. You can purchase these clothes and resell them on eBay.

Antiques

Many people use Craigslist a way to make quick money. Most times, many of these people do not take the time to carry out a research on the items they plan to sell. This simply means that there is a great chance to get valuable antiques for a cheaper price. Though there are really no guarantees; antiques are items that sell faster and for a much better price on eBay. Here is your chance to make good money. Look for an antique listed for a cheap price and resell it for a cool profit.

You may have heard about eBay Motors. This section of the larger eBay website has the specific goal of helping consumers to buy and sell vehicles including cards, trucks, boats, motorcycles and others. As a seller, you can list the vehicle you have and sell it, usually in good time and at a good price. This part of the website is a bit different than the traditional eBay auctions, so even the more experienced eBay sellers may find it a bit confusing.

There is no doubt that eBay Motors has the potential to help you to sell your vehicle. The key is to learn how. Here are some tips to help you to do so successful.

  1. You will need to go through a pre listing process to help you to list the vehicle. The company offers a motor’s checklist you need to download and use. It helps you to gather as much information as possible. This information then helps you to price the vehicle accordingly. Be thorough and accurate to get the best price point.
  2. Be sure to upload many photos and to be sure the vehicle is clean and cared for before doing so. That, ultimately, will help you to get the best results in any auction.
  3. Be sure you have title in hand and all legal aspects planned out and taken care of before listing your vehicle.

There are a few things you should know about eBay Motors. First, the fee structure is different from other eBay listings. Read through and understand it before moving forward.

Also, similar to traditional listings, you will get the best results if you simply invest in accurate and thorough descriptions of the vehicle. This way, you will be giving a very clear description to the listing visitor which will encourage them to place an offer on the listing. You should also note any aftermarket changes you may have made. Note any changes in the vehicle since you have owned it.

For those with vehicles to sell, eBay Motors is a great way to do so. Be sure to include as much information as possible for the best results.
